About the Norman's...
Where it all started
We are the Normans. Matt, Ashley, Jakin and Ellie. We were born and raised in Hancock County, Indiana. Matt, a former Mechanical and Quality Engineering Manager has 20+ years of engineering and people management that is building a strong business where employees can stay and grow. Ashley, is an HR Manager in the contract manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry and brings 20 years of people experience. She believed the Lord with Matt for an opportunity where they could be successful in business while also being impactful with people. Our children keep us on our toes as they grow and become the most amazing humans ever. With a family, a passion to live our life in honor to Jesus Christ, and love for making something that was truly ours, Norman's Lawn Maintenance, LLC was born.
